    2. Wrong Item Shipped: In the event you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.

    1. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
    2. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
    3. Custom products that are made according to your specifications are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable.

    2. Once your return is accepted, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  4. Return Shipping Costs
    1. For returns due to damaged or defective items, Mehabo will cover the return shipping costs.
    2. For other returns, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
